My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.

Unprofessional. Came hammering on my door and scared my dog. Could have used door bell , (he said he did so we tested it and then he says I guess I’m a liar lol ) didn’t introduce himself or tell me what he was doing just walked right in and set off the fire alarm which is extremely loud for a dog. Coulda brought him outside with a warning. Don’t usually rate or post but don’t want anyone to have the same experience
